Laureate of many ballet competitions, including the Serge Lifar International Competition (2002, silver medal) and the X Moscow International Competition (2005, silver medal).
Among the teachers of Ivan Kozlov are some of the most outstanding dancers of the 20th century: People’s Artist of the USSR, Irina Kolpakova, People’s Artist of the USSR Vladlilen Semenov, People’s Artist of the RSFSR, Sergei Berezhnoi, Premier of the Mariinsky Theater, Eldar Aliyev, and Honored Artist of Ukraine, Anatoly Kozlov.
Since 2014, Ivan Kozlov has been the executive of the theater, “Kiev City Ballet” with which he has successfully toured Europe and the world.

Mykhailo Shcherbakov
Mykhailo’s career as a dancer spans almost 20 years. He began dancing with the Kyiv Opera Theatre immediately after graduation and was promoted to soloist within the first months. Since 2014, Mykhailo has been a soloist of the Kyiv City Ballet for almost 10 years, performing almost all major classical roles in the repertoire. He has toured dozens of countries around the world. In 2021, Mykhailo began transitioning into the role of rehearsal director for the company, assisting in preparing the company’s performances at Sadlers Wells, New York City Center, and other international tours.
