Hybrid Ballet Training
Consistent guidance. Wherever you live.
Combine regular online training with focused work in person — and develop your dancing with Ivan and Ekaterina Kozlov without having to relocate.
Our ongoing hybrid programme brings experienced professional coaching into your weekly routine. With at least three online sessions per week and periodic opportunities to work together in person, we build a continuous learning process around your needs, your goals and your commitment.
How It Works
Train online. Meet in person. Keep developing.
Regular online sessions allow us to follow your progress, give individual corrections and work consistently on technique, coordination, strength, musicality and repertoire.
We then meet in person through our intensives, private coaching or an arranged visit to the city where we are teaching. These sessions give us the opportunity to observe your movement more closely and offer hands-on guidance, where appropriate, on the placement of your arms, legs and body.
After your visit, we continue online — reinforcing those corrections and developing the material further. Each stage builds on the previous one.

A Programme That Fits Your Training
Support alongside your ballet school
Some of our students attend regular classes at a ballet school or studio in their own city and work with us online for additional individual attention.
Together, we address specific difficulties, refine technique and strengthen their understanding of the work. Joining our intensives adds valuable time in the studio, helping students take those corrections back into their everyday training.
Prepare for a competition
Other students combine online ballet and conditioning sessions with focused preparation of their competition repertoire.
A visit before the competition allows us to polish the details in person: movement quality, musical phrasing, presentation and performance readiness. We also work on the confidence and concentration needed to step on stage feeling prepared.

Strengthen foundations and catch up
When a student needs to catch up with their training programme or revisit essential foundations, we help identify the gaps and work through them step by step.
Progress takes active participation. We welcome students who are eager to work, open to corrections and willing to practise consistently. You do not need to arrive with everything already mastered — but you do need the desire to learn.
Why Choose Hybrid Training?
You can remain connected to your school, family and daily life while receiving regular guidance from teachers with extensive professional stage and teaching experience.
Online work provides continuity. In-person sessions provide deeper observation and practical refinement. Together, they offer a flexible, purposeful way to develop your dancing over time.
