InDanceIntense respects your privacy and uses personal information only for purposes connected with participation in our programs and services.

Who controls your information
InDanceIntense is responsible for the personal information collected through this website, participant profiles, bookings, and related services.

Information we collect
Depending on the service, we may collect the account holder’s name, email address, phone number and country of residence, as well as participant information including name, preferred name, date of birth, ballet training history, current school or organization, level or grade, participant phone number where applicable, relationship to the participant, emergency contact number, profile photograph, bookings, attendance, and payment-related status.

How we use this information
We use personal information only as reasonably necessary to:

• create and maintain participant profiles;

• process registrations and bookings;

• organize classes, intensives, coaching and other programs;

• communicate important program information;

• manage schedules, attendance, payments, refunds and administration;

• identify participants and prepare internal participant lists, badges, certificates or similar program materials;

• support participant safety and emergency communication.

We do not use a participant profile photograph for advertising, social media, promotional publication or other public use without separate permission.

Participants under 18
Where a participant is under 18, profile information should be provided by a parent, legal guardian, or another person who is legally authorized to provide the information. Children’s personal information receives additional protection under applicable data-protection rules. 

Legal basis
Depending on the circumstances, information may be processed because it is necessary to provide the requested service or manage the participant relationship, because we have a legitimate administrative or safety interest, because we must comply with a legal obligation, or because you have provided specific consent where consent is required. 

Sharing of information
Information may be accessible to authorized InDanceIntense administrators, instructors and personnel where necessary for the program. We may also use service providers that support our website, bookings, communications, payments and data storage. Information may be disclosed where required by law. We do not sell participant personal information.

How long we keep information
We retain personal information only for as long as it is reasonably necessary for participant management, the account relationship, program administration, payment or accounting records, legal requirements, or the resolution of disputes. Information that is no longer needed will be deleted or anonymized where appropriate. GDPR principles require purpose limitation, data minimisation and storage limitation. 

Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your information, and in some circumstances to receive a portable copy of it. You may also have the right to complain to the relevant data protection authority. 

Updating or deleting participant information
Participant information can be updated through the Participant’s Info Center. For requests concerning access, correction or deletion that cannot be completed through the account, contact indanceintense@gmail.com.

Changes to this notice
We may update this Privacy Notice when our services or legal requirements change. The current version and update date will always be shown on this page.
