Cancellation Policy

**Group Session Policy Details Offline or Online** 1. **Group Formation Requirement** - Each session requires a minimum of 10 participants to proceed. - If the group does not meet this requirement, the session will be rescheduled, or participants will be offered a full refund. 2. **No Cancellation** - Once a group session is booked, it cannot be canceled by participants. 3. **Rescheduling** - Participants may request a change in the date or time of their attendance, but this must be done no later than **48 hours** before the scheduled end of registration date. - Rescheduling requests made less than **48 hours** in advance will not be accommodated. 4. **Equipment and Safety Responsibility (For Online Sessions)** - Participants are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate and functioning equipment, including: - A stable internet connection. - A device with a working camera and microphone. 5. **Safety Responsibility (For Offline Sessions)** - Participants must ensure they are physically prepared for the session and follow all instructions carefully to minimize the risk of injury. - The coach is not responsible for injuries sustained during sessions, whether online or offline. 6. **Provider-Initiated Changes** - In the event the coach needs to reschedule, the new date will be communicated to all participants. - If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued to all participants. 7. **Liability for Injuries** - The coach is not responsible for injuries sustained during group sessions. Participants are responsible for assessing their own physical capabilities and ensuring they follow all guidance provided. 8. **Photo and Video Consent** - By participating in a session, you agree that photos and videos taken during the session may be used by the coach for promotional purposes, including posting on social media and other online platforms. - If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, you must inform the coach in writing before the session begins. 9. **Age and Responsibility** - The individual paying for the group session must be at least **18 years old** and assumes full responsibility for their participation, including safety and compliance with these policies. By booking a group session, or subsequent attendance you agree to these terms.
