Placement Session The Placement Session is a 15-minute introductory online meeting designed for new students and dancers interested in working with In Dance Intense through private coaching. This session allows us to learn more about your training background, current level, artistic goals, and individual needs so that we can recommend the most appropriate pathway moving forward. The session is suitable for dedicated students, pre-professional dancers, university-level dance students, and professional artists seeking individualized guidance. What can you expect? • A discussion about your training history and current objectives. • The opportunity to share any upcoming auditions, competitions, performances, or specific technical goals. • Depending on age, level, and professional experience, we may ask to observe a few simple exercises to better understand your current abilities. • Recommendations regarding the most appropriate coaching format and frequency of sessions. • A preliminary discussion regarding scheduling and future lesson planning. • The opportunity to ask questions about our teaching approach and available training options. What should you prepare? • A stable internet connection. • A device equipped with a camera and microphone. • Comfortable dance attire appropriate for movement. Ballet shoes are recommended when relevant to your training level. • Sufficient space to demonstrate a few simple exercises, should this be necessary. • Headphones are recommended whenever possible to ensure clear communication and the best audio quality throughout the session. Please note that the Placement Session is not intended to replace a full coaching session. Rather, it serves as an opportunity to establish an effective and individualized plan for future work together. Whether you are taking your first serious steps in ballet training or preparing for your next performance on the professional stage, we look forward to helping you move forward with clarity, purpose, and expert guidance.

Cancellation Policy
By booking a private coaching session, placement session, or intensive-related private lesson, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. No Cancellation: All bookings are final and non-refundable. Once booked, sessions cannot be canceled. 2. Rescheduling: Requests to reschedule must be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Requests made less than 24 hours in advance cannot be accommodated, and the session will be forfeited. 3. Online Sessions: Participants are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection, a functioning device with a camera and microphone, and a safe space to participate. Headphones are recommended whenever possible. Participants are encouraged to log in a few minutes before the scheduled start time to ensure that all equipment is functioning properly and that the training space is prepared. 4. Participant Responsibility: Participants are responsible for assessing their own physical capabilities and ensuring they are fit to participate. Parents or legal guardians assume full responsibility for minor participants. All participants agree to follow instructions carefully and exercise reasonable judgment throughout the session. 5. Limitation of Liability: Participation in dance activities involves inherent physical risks. In Dance Intense, its faculty, staff, and representatives shall not be held responsible for any injuries, accidents, losses, or damages resulting from participation in coaching sessions. 6. Provider-Initiated Changes: If the coach must reschedule a session, alternative arrangements will be offered. If this is not possible, a full refund will be issued. 7. Photography and Video: In Dance Intense reserves the right to photograph or record sessions for educational, archival, promotional, and marketing purposes. Such materials may be used on websites, social media platforms, printed materials, and other promotional channels associated with In Dance Intense. Participants who do not wish to appear in such materials must notify In Dance Intense in writing before the session begins. 8. Recording by Participants: Participants may not record, reproduce, distribute, livestream, publish, or share any portion of a session without prior written permission from In Dance Intense and the coach. 9. Age Requirement: The individual completing the booking and payment process must be at least 18 years of age and assumes responsibility for any minor participant.
