Private Online Ballet Coaching offers dancers the opportunity to work one-on-one with internationally experienced ballet artists and educators, regardless of geographical location. Please note: We strongly recommend beginning with a Placement Session prior to booking Private Online Ballet Coaching. This introductory meeting allows us to better understand the dancer’s background, current level, goals, and scheduling needs. It also provides an opportunity to discuss the most appropriate coaching format, expected frequency of training, and any questions regarding future lessons. This ensures that each dancer receives the guidance and support best suited to their individual circumstances and aspirations. Each coaching session is carefully tailored to the dancer’s specific needs and goals. Lessons may focus on classical technique, variations, repertoire, pointe work, competition preparation, audition coaching, artistry, musicality, stage presence, or maintaining professional standards during periods away from the studio. Sessions are suitable for dedicated students, pre-professional dancers, university-level dance students, and professional artists seeking individualized guidance and detailed feedback. Lessons take place live through a secure online platform and provide the same attention to detail and personalized approach that characterize our in-person coaching. What should you prepare? • A stable internet connection. • A device equipped with a camera and microphone. • Appropriate dance attire and ballet shoes relevant to your training level. • A safe space in which to move comfortably. • Headphones are recommended whenever possible to ensure the best audio quality. Whether you are refining a variation, preparing for an important audition, returning to the stage after time away, or simply seeking expert guidance to continue your artistic growth, our goal is to support your development through thoughtful, individualized coaching of the highest standard.

Cancellation Policy
By booking a private coaching session, placement session, or intensive-related private lesson, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. No Cancellation: All bookings are final and non-refundable. Once booked, sessions cannot be canceled. 2. Rescheduling: Requests to reschedule must be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Requests made less than 24 hours in advance cannot be accommodated, and the session will be forfeited. 3. Online Sessions: Participants are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection, a functioning device with a camera and microphone, and a safe space to participate. Headphones are recommended whenever possible. Participants are encouraged to log in a few minutes before the scheduled start time to ensure that all equipment is functioning properly and that the training space is prepared. 4. Participant Responsibility: Participants are responsible for assessing their own physical capabilities and ensuring they are fit to participate. Parents or legal guardians assume full responsibility for minor participants. All participants agree to follow instructions carefully and exercise reasonable judgment throughout the session. 5. Limitation of Liability: Participation in dance activities involves inherent physical risks. In Dance Intense, its faculty, staff, and representatives shall not be held responsible for any injuries, accidents, losses, or damages resulting from participation in coaching sessions. 6. Provider-Initiated Changes: If the coach must reschedule a session, alternative arrangements will be offered. If this is not possible, a full refund will be issued. 7. Photography and Video: In Dance Intense reserves the right to photograph or record sessions for educational, archival, promotional, and marketing purposes. Such materials may be used on websites, social media platforms, printed materials, and other promotional channels associated with In Dance Intense. Participants who do not wish to appear in such materials must notify In Dance Intense in writing before the session begins. 8. Recording by Participants: Participants may not record, reproduce, distribute, livestream, publish, or share any portion of a session without prior written permission from In Dance Intense and the coach. 9. Age Requirement: The individual completing the booking and payment process must be at least 18 years of age and assumes responsibility for any minor participant.
