Booking Terms & Conditions

Last updated: October 2026

These Booking Terms & Conditions apply to all classes, intensives, workshops, courses, private coaching sessions, and online programs provided by InDanceIntense.

By making a booking, the account holder confirms that they have read and accepted these terms and are at least 18 years old.

1. Bookings and Participants

All bookings must be made by an account holder aged 18 or older.

Each booking must identify the actual participant attending the program. An account holder may book for themselves or for a participant for whom they have the necessary authority.

For participants under 18, bookings must be made by a parent, legal guardian, or another legally authorized adult.

The account holder is responsible for providing accurate participant information and ensuring that all required permissions are in place.

2. Prices and Payments

Prices are displayed in the applicable currency before checkout.

Depending on the program, booking options may include a complete course, a package of classes, individual sessions, or different pricing categories.

Prices and program availability may change over time. The applicable price and services included in the booking will be confirmed at checkout.

Where a program offers booking for its remaining sessions after it has started, the price and included dates will be displayed before payment.

Payment must be completed using an available payment method, unless a pay-in-person arrangement is explicitly offered.

A booking is confirmed only when the applicable booking and payment requirements have been satisfied and confirmation has been issued.

2.1. Dynamic Pricing

Certain multi-day programs may offer dynamic pricing based on the number of sessions remaining.

Where dynamic pricing is enabled, the booking price may be recalculated as the program progresses. Sessions that have already passed will be excluded from the new booking, and the displayed price will reflect the remaining sessions included in the purchase.

The applicable dates, number of sessions, remaining studio time, and total price will be displayed before checkout.

Price changes apply to new bookings only. Confirmed bookings and completed purchases will not be repriced retroactively.

2.2. Varied Pricing

Certain programs may offer multiple pricing options, including different participant categories, course packages, individual sessions, or other published rates.

Where varied pricing is available, the account holder must select the applicable pricing option for each participant separately.

Each selected option determines the services, sessions, dates, and price included in that participant’s booking.

Eligibility conditions may apply to certain categories, including student or institutional discounts. InDanceIntense may request reasonable verification of eligibility.

The final booking summary will show the selected options and total amount before payment.

Where an option requires the selection of a particular session, the participant must select an available date and time through the booking calendar before completing the reservation.

2.3. Incorrect Pricing Option Selection

The account holder is responsible for selecting the correct pricing option for each participant at the time of booking.

If an incorrect pricing option results in an underpayment, InDanceIntense reserves the right to request payment of the outstanding difference. Any additional payment must be completed before the start of the booked program or session.

If an incorrect pricing option results in an overpayment, any refund of the difference may be considered at the discretion of InDanceIntense administration, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

InDanceIntense reserves the right to review and correct incorrectly selected pricing categories and may refuse participation until any outstanding payment has been settled, where permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in this provision limits any mandatory statutory refund or consumer rights.

3. Cancellations, Right of Withdrawal and Refunds

3.1. Participant Cancellations

Bookings for classes, intensives, workshops, courses and private sessions scheduled for specific dates or periods are generally non-refundable when the booking qualifies for an applicable statutory exception to the right of withdrawal.

In particular, certain date-specific leisure activities with limited availability may be exempt from the statutory 14-day withdrawal period under applicable EU and Croatian consumer protection law.

Where such an exception applies, participants are not entitled to an automatic refund solely because they are unable or no longer wish to attend.

3.2. Statutory Right of Withdrawal

For bookings that are not covered by a statutory exception, consumers retain any applicable legal right to withdraw from an online purchase, including the 14-day withdrawal period where required by law.

Where the consumer expressly requests that a service begin during the withdrawal period, the applicable rules concerning payment for services already provided and the loss of withdrawal rights following full performance will apply.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights.

3.3. Cancellations by InDanceIntense

If InDanceIntense cancels a program or session, affected customers will be offered a suitable alternative or a refund for the cancelled services.

If only part of a program is cancelled and cannot be replaced, an appropriate partial refund will be offered for the undelivered portion.

3.4. Rescheduling and Transfers

Requests to reschedule or transfer bookings may be considered subject to availability, the specific conditions of the service, and applicable law.

Approval of any change is at the discretion of InDanceIntense, except where the customer has a statutory entitlement.

3.5. Refund Processing

Where a refund is due under applicable law or these terms, it will be processed within the legally required period and, unless otherwise agreed or permitted by law, using the original payment method.

Refund requests and withdrawal notices may be submitted to indanceintense@gmail.com.

4. Rescheduling

Requests to change an individual booking should be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.

For courses and intensives, changes should be requested at least 48 hours before the registration deadline, where applicable.

Rescheduling is subject to availability and the conditions of the particular program. Late requests may not be accepted.

5. Minimum Participation

Group programs normally require at least 10 registered participants unless otherwise specified.

If the minimum number is not reached, InDanceIntense may reschedule or cancel the program.

If a program is cancelled, participants will be offered a suitable alternative or a refund for the cancelled services.

6. Attendance and Missed Sessions

Participants are responsible for arriving on time and attending the sessions included in their booking.

Missed classes, late arrivals, and unused sessions are generally not refundable or transferable unless otherwise agreed or required by law.

Participation in a course does not automatically entitle the participant to replacement classes for sessions they miss.

7. Online Programs

Participants attending online sessions are responsible for having a stable internet connection, suitable equipment, sufficient space, and a working camera and microphone where required.

Participants should follow the instructor’s technical and safety guidance.

Technical problems on the participant’s side do not normally entitle them to a refund. Where a session cannot be delivered because of a problem on InDanceIntense’s side, an appropriate alternative or refund will be offered.

8. Health and Safety

Ballet and physical training involve inherent physical risks.

Participants must inform instructors of relevant injuries, medical restrictions, or circumstances that may affect safe participation.

Participants must follow studio rules, instructor guidance, and reasonable safety instructions.

Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that minors are appropriately prepared for their activities.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

9. Changes to Programs

InDanceIntense may make reasonable changes to instructors, schedules, venues, or program arrangements where necessary.

We will communicate material changes to affected participants as soon as reasonably possible.

Where a material change prevents the agreed service from being provided and no suitable alternative is accepted, applicable refund rights will be respected.

10. Personal Information

Personal information is processed for participant registration, booking administration, communication, payment management, and the delivery of services.

Please read our Privacy Notice for further details.

11. Photography and Video

Photographs or videos may be taken during programs for internal educational or administrative purposes where permitted by applicable law.

Separate permission will be obtained where required for promotional publication or public use of identifiable participant images, including images of minors.
